Your family will enjoy this soothing meal any night of the week and ask for more. Adapted from Six Sister’s Stuff Prep Cook Time Total Time 15m 1h 1h 15m Ingredients: 1 can of gluten-free cream of chicken soup 1 1/3 c. water ¾ c. rice of your choice 2 c. fresh broccoli ½ t. onion powder ½ t. garlic powder Salt & pepper, to taste 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ½ c. Gluten-free breadcrumbs ½ c. cornflakes ½ c. cheese 1 c. more cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir the soup, water, rice, broccoli, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt & pepper in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place chicken on top and add more onion powder and garlic powder to it. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and corn flakes over everything. Cover. Bake 1 hr. Remove from oven and add cheese. Place cover back over dish and let cheese melt for about 5 mins. Serve and enjoy!
