Ingredients: Your favorite Mac n’ Cheese Recipe with gluten-free shells or other noodles of your choice ¼ c. ranch dressing, more for serving ¼ c. buffalo wing sauce, more for serving ½ c. gluten-free panko breadcrumbs 1 large egg, whisked 1/3 c. shredded cheddar Colby-Jack cheese 12 t. dried parsley for garnish Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish for macaroni cheese. Prepare according to your favorite recipe. Stir in ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, and cheese. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until tops brown.
