Cajun Seasoning, following recipe Salt & pepper In large skillet, combine cabbage and sausage. Drizzle with oil and season with Cajun and salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat about 25-30 mins. Make sure cabbage is tender in all spots. Sometimes, it can be tough on the spiny area. Serve. Cajun Seasoning: 1 ½ t. paprika 1 t. salt 1 t. garlic powder ½ t. black pepper ½ t. onion powder ½ t. dried oregano ¼ t. crushed red pepper flakes ½ t. cayenne (optional, I didn’t add) 2.Gluten-Free Tex Mex Mac and Cheese Adapted from Betty Crocker 3 c. gluten-free shells 1 can Progresso Traditional chicken cheese enchilada flavor soup ½ c. milk 1 ½ c. cheese of your choice Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed. Meanwhile, heat soup and milk to boiling. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted. Stir in pasta.
