Halloween Spider Dip Traci Kenworth Ingredients: 1 large can refried beans 2 T. taco seasoning 1 c. salsa 1 + ½ c. sour cream, divided 2-3 T. milk 1 c. guacamole 2 c. Monterey-Colby Jack or other cheese of your choice 6 cherry tomatoes, diced 4-5 black olives Plastic squirt bottle (optional, but makes easier) Tortilla Chips In bowl, add refried beans, taco seasoning, and salsa. Combine. Spread mixture on bottom of a glass pie dish. Spread 1 c. of sour cream over bean mixture. Layer guacamole next. Sprinkle cheeses around edge of pie pan. Add diced tomatoes. Using squirt bottle, combine milk and ½ c. sour cream to thin out. Make cross pattern. Then divide in fours again. Make scalloped circles to design your “web”. Cut olives in halves for the bodies. Cut one half in fours for the legs. Chill for one hour. Serve with chips.
