Mini “Monster” Sandwiches Traci Kenworth These are fun but I think, once again, the gluten-free bread ones looked better. The Hawaiian Slider Buns were rough and raggedy. Ingredients: Gluten-free or your choice of bread Salami Pepperoni Cheese Your Choice of condiment Buffalo Chicken or Honey-roast Turkey Tomatoes Lettuce Green olives Really, you could choose any deli-meat you choose, same with cheese, and condiment. Place fixings on bread. Add condiment. Place olives on top of the bread with pimento in front to act as “eyes”. Could use something such as toothpicks to adhere them to the bread, if desired. Serve. Also, if you want, you could cut cheese to resemble teeth.
