German Skillet with Mustard Sauce Traci Kenworth – country-lane-home-at-the-cottage

German Skillet with Mustard Cream Sauce Traci Kenworth Adapted from Fox Valley Foodie This is SO delicious! My son who is a picky eater LOVED and wants more foreign dishes, lol. Ingredients: 1.5 lbs. red potatoes, diced these 1 pkg. German sausage or kielbasa 1 pkg. sauerkraut 1 c. heavy cream 2 T. brown mustard Olive oil Salt Boil potatoes, about forty mins. I like to make sure they’re very tender and the longer time does that for me. While potatoes cooking, add olive oil to soup pan. Cook five minutes. Remove from pan. Add potatoes to pan once done (drain first). Brown potatoes. Add sausage back in along with sauerkraut. Add heavy whipping cream and mustard and stir to combine. Cook five minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
